  2. Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Make sure all sides of the salmon are coated in the marinade. Cover the shell and let the salmon marinate in the fridge for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.

  3. Soak the cedar plank in water for at least an hour before grilling.
