It's very easy to place your order online. Once you have added the items to your shopping cart, follow a few simple steps to complete your order:
1) Check the items in your shopping cart.
2) Fill in your shipping and billing information
3) Confirm your order and place it with your credit card (Visa, Mastercard), Postfinance card, Postfinance e-finance, Twint and prepayment.
4) Print out your order confirmation number
You can have your password sent to you by email.
In order to do this:
1) Click on the "Account" link located at the top of each of our web pages.
2) Click on the "Forgot your password?" link located at the bottom right under the "Login to my account" fields.
3) Enter your email address and click "Request Password". Your password will be sent to you by email.

If you order before 12PM (CET), your order will arrive within 24 hours. Within Europe, your order will arrive within approximately 2-5 business days of receipt, depending on your geographic location and the carrier/service you choose. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an automatic email notification to the email address you provided. Also, you can log into your SUPER-PREMIUM-VANILLA.COM account to get your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package by entering it on the dedicated website.
