Then you let them cool before you put them in a shallow bowl and put them in the freezer. After an hour, give everything a good stir to avoid ice crystals and then let the ice cream freeze for at least 4 hours.

3. Vanilla Sugar

Vanilla Sugar can be used in so many recipes and is so easy to make! Simply put all the vanilla pods you have scraped out in a glass with 500g sugar and leave for a few days. The sugar absorbs the vanilla flavor and is ready to use in your favorite desserts. (the longer the sugar sits the better)

4. Vanilla Hot Chocolate
